Leading Food Production company has a Bakery Operation 2 Shifts. These jobs are temp to hire and longterm temporary. Future benefits and more in place for experienced workers in bakery for the following jobs- two shifts MINOR INGREDIENT SCALER Formulate raw materials to specific customer qualifications following preset Company procedures. This is done through the use of a semi-automated computer system. Some use of technical skills, basic math skills and measurements are needed. Employee may need to lift up to but not exceeding 50lbs. MIXER OPERATOR The mixer operator is responsible for the following company procedures to properly mix all ingredients into raw dough. This employee will be responsible for recording weights, temperatures, and measurements. Employee will work with semi-automated machinery. Their use of technical skills, basic math and measurements are fundamentals to the job. The employee maybe required to lift up to but not to exceed 50 pounds. MACHINE OPERATOR The machine operator is responsible to manufacture raw dough through a machined process into its cooked state. Employee will follow Company and specified Customer qualifications in a controlled process. The employee will run a machine, some mechanical knowledge, technical skills, basic math and measurements are fundamentals to this job. The employee maybe required to lift up to but not to exceed 50 pounds. LINE OPERATOR The responsibility of the line operator is to oversee the packaging area. This product goes from a cooked state through the finished package. Employee will follow and control the process throughout Company procedures. The understanding of technical skills, machinery, weights, measurements, and basic math skills are fundamentals to this job. Employee maybe required to lift up to but not to exceed 50 pounds. GENERAL LABOR The employee will help manufacture and package flat bread products. Employees will accomplish this through Company and Customer procedures. Employees will work with machinery, computers and measuring equipment. Some lifting is required but does not exceed 50lbs.
